  • By placing an order on our website, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are displayed with accurate descriptions and images, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting or device screens.
  • Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund, or future delivery.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made via: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, PayPal, or other available payment methods at checkout.
  • For COD orders, you must pay the full amount upon delivery.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier services (TCS, Leopards, etc.).
  • Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 3–7 business days, and for international orders 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Certain items such as sale items, intimate wear, or customized products are non-returnable.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
